Nathalie Lété Organic Cotton Tee

Monoprix, the French equivalent of Marks & Spencer, asked a line-up of artists to design Organic Cotton t-shirts. I bought one by Nathalie Lété (marked down from €20 to €6! It's the sales, hurray!). Don't these cotton flowers look great? Yes, yellow is indeed the color of the season...
For more on eco-fashion, check out Chloe's stylish and informative post.

I'm really an all-cotton girl - synthetics give me itchy rashes, so I'm thrilled that so many brands now offer eco-friendly cotton and such great designs. What's your emblematic fabric? (Benjy's, as you know, is cashmere...)

A cotton T with a cotton flower on it, what a good idea! Plus you had said in a previous post yellow was the color of the season.

I am glad you liked my red gardening clogs. For my part, I love your t-shirt...unfortunately we do not have a Marks and Spencers in Canada. I think we used to many, many years ago, but not now. It is too bad because I seem to recall my mom really liking some of their products. I love yellow!

RAINING SHEEP - Monoprix is not quite as good as Marks & Spencers, whihc we don't have in Paris either.
Whenever I'm in London I head for the huge M&S on Oxford Street to get some of their great stuff, from sandwiches to tee-shirts and underwear...

KARINA - but you're so pretty you can wear everything AND anything.

That is a really cute shirt. I'm with you on the 100% cotton, I'm not a big fan of synthtics on my skin, especially in this summer heat.

Nice! I also like cotton especially when it becomes threadbare from overuse. My favorite t-shirts are the ones I have had for ten years. It seems like t-shirts used to be constructed so well as to last forever.

Wow, great bargain. Sales are such fun!I got myself a pair of yellow sandals.
I like linen (flax) the most and right after it comes cotton and wool.

Cotton is my ultimate favorite. Especially now that the tempratures have been in the 90's here in the midwest.

I hope it is okay that I relax and read through your beautiful blog :)

Thank you for visiting me.

MY CASTLE IN SPAIN - I loooooove it when my boyfriend wears white shirts, too.
Linen is great but such a pain to iron, no?
Does hemp get wrinkled a lot? Is it easy to iron?

MERRULI - oh, I hope you feature your yellow sandals on your blog! Shoes are great for a splash of color.

CHRISTINA - stay cool in your cotton; when temperatures are in the 90's it gets so tough to stay fresh...

I love that top- it's so light and summery. I definitely think it's worth the investment to buy good quality clothing made of pure materials: they last longer and are more comfortable.
