Benjy At The Dog Park

In my ballet flats and Stronghold jeans, I took Benjy to the Venice dog park, where he could have fun with beasts much bigger than him... Can you spot him on all the pictures?

Don't forget - adopting pets from shelters is the way to go!

I can see Benjy. I lose all control when I visit the shelters. With two pups now-I have my hands full of love. YES adopt! Hope you have a nice weekend!

YOur dog is so sweet looking and I am sure he LOVES going to that dog park.(my own dog is a mixed breed adopted from a shelter--we call her our 30.00 dog)

Oh, Benjy is SO little - among all the other dogs it seems I can hardly spot him! I'd be terrified to take him for such a ride.

Dear Benji,

Cole Porter said it best:

You're the top!
You're the Coliseum,
You're the top!
You're the Louvre Museum...

ciao-meow!

That looks like fun. Dog parks are the best. I don't have a dog, but my sister does and sometimes I go with her and Eddie to the dog park. Hilarious fun.

My red weenie thinks she is 10 feet tall whereas Emmy, my black weenie, is timid and smaller than Sister. They would be barking their heads off at the dog park.

We are thinking we are ready to adopt a dog. My kids are begging me, and I'm thinking it will be wonderful to give a dog a family for Christmas. And vice versa. Benjy's a cutie!

haha benjy likes to hide!
i'm sure he appreciates that you wear flats, so you aren't even taller than you are.

DEBRA - I'd love to see your pups on your blog...

GIULIA - Benjy and I are huge fans of Cole Porter, you know.

PATTI - dachshunds rule!

DONNA - yes, Benjy too thinks he's a big guy. That's because he has a huge personality.

ANGIE - oh that would make for such a magical X-mas! Keep me posted.

The problem with miniature dogs is that they often forget their size. Their think that they are of equal size to the much bigger dogs and often get into quarrels with those guys!

Oh little Benjy, he looks so beautiful and so tiny!
I am not a fan of the dog park, those other pooches are just so big!

Such cuteness! I adopted my pug Gidget after my my last pug died of a heart condition [she was only 4!]. The act of adopting and saving a dog was just what I needed to help me overcome my sadness...I will always adopt from now on!

Your dog is so cute, and obviously enjoying himself very much. adopting is such a good thing, since everybody only wants to have new little puppies....
have a nice week!

It looks like Benjy is just as hard to capture on film as my 5-year-old. Ha! It looks like he had a blast. And adopt - but of course.
