Self-portrait at the Brocante & Art News

Art News

Esti's book is out!

Cashmere brand Eric Bompard has chosen danseuse étoile Emilie Cozette to be the face of the brand - see her dance here. (Click on Dans Les Pas d'Emilie Cozette)

If like me you love artist Kara Walker, don't miss her Autumns collage for the NY Times.

ESTI - si, seguimos con las Scholl!

ONESILENTWINTER - I got the shirt at another brocante, for a mere 10€. It's ancient, all hand made, in gorgeous cotton and in pristine condition...

NANCY - you can still wear Birks in late September in Canada?

HILA - actually, last year when I was in dance class one day an Austrian designer came to hire a model, and he wanted a dancer rather than a regular model. And he picked me!

JAIME - there are so many fab artists around it's hard to keep track! I discovered Kara Walker through a profile in VOGUE, actually!

MY CASTLE - actually it's VERY VERY cold but on Sunday I decided to wear my Scholls anyhow...

I love this dancer/model idea. I studied dance at the Laban Centre for a semester, as well as other places so I'm excited to see dance as a main topic on your blog! And love your look and how you captured it.
