The colour for sure...I love the shades in the clouds that you don't see in the b&w...such a beautiful photograph!
I'm going with color... I'm curious Mary-Laure, as you know Los Angeles is supposed to be notorious for it's smog and as a world traveler you're probably one of the best people to ask, do you think it's as bad as they say?

I vote for the B & W, it ads mistery ...
Definitely color. The B&W one just doesn't seem to have enough graphic contrast to highlight the beauty of it.
And, have to say...living in Venice is going to give you a false impression of the smog. I lived an hour north, in Oxnard, and we used to look south, and see the big brown smudge in the sky. It wasn't very appealing. :p Luckily for LA, it has SOOO much more to offer! lol
