Amazing how the smoke makes the sunset even more dramatic.

BELLE DE VILLE - well, nature here in So Cal is as beautiful as it is unforgiving...

I miss those tall slim palm trees, and the blue sky, and the ocean.

Pictures of sunsets never fail to bring forth the “ahh...” response.
Beautiful.

You are such a great artist! And, because of you I will only try the chocolate muffins at Rockenwagner.
Thanks for the tip.

Sunset pinks and golds coupled with the silhouette of a strip of palms... yes, wonderful, wonderful. Here's to the end of (your) summer and the crunch of leaves underfoot.

GRACIA - here in California, we don't really have a crunchy-leaf, golden and brown fall... A pity, really!

NATSUMI-SAN - yes, I only live 6 blocks away from the ocean, so it's a 5-mn walk. That's one of the reasons I chose this apartment.

SEALAURA - do keep me updated on your yoga efforts!

MEL - well, with the raging fires here, we could use some rain. The earth is parched, and our water reserves are very low...
Wishing for the rain...
