Did you grow them yourself? Either way, the photo is lovely.

HADLEY - I wish! I'd love to know how to garden and grow flowers and vegetables.
I bought these zinnias at the farmers' market, just freshly cut. I treat myself to flowers every week when I go to shop for produce.

It does just put a smile on your face.... that is such a lovely photo. From your garden?

JANIS - "dive in the pink"... What a lovely expression!

PIERCE - I wish I had a garden of my own and that I knew how to garden... Until I do, I buy my flowers at the farmers' market in Santa Monica, which allows me to support local producers. And the flowers are super fresh!

We call these Gerberas or Transvaal daisies in Sydney - but they're lovely whatever their name is!! Beautiful shot!

This is not a zinnia but a gerber daisy!!

Mary-Laure said...

LISBETH - really? Thanks for the info. They were sold to me as zinnias...

They sure look like gerber daisies to me. I was growing cut flowers for the wholesale market for many years and love flowers.... They are pretty newer the less..... Lisbeth.
