What a lovely couple of posts! I did a similar one when I visited Chinatown in Adelaide this summer.

Believe it or not I love the dry fish in the small bags! A delicious snack.

DEBRA - unfortunately I didn't have time to go for the foot massage but believe me, I'll be back.

MARDI - how fun! I'll check it out on your blog.

LAURA - hmmm, why am I not surprised?

GIULIA - so glad you feel the same as me...

THEREDDREER - actually, it's Little Tokyo, in Los Angeles, not Tokyo in Japan.
But I spent a summer in Tokyo years ago and I so ADORED it!

BLUE MUSE - me too. Sigh.

En casa de una amiga descubro tu Blog. Me has hecho viajar con tu mensaje, a Los Angeles, donde vives, pero tambien al Japon que no conozco.

Love those crazy colours!! So vibrant!! We don't really have a little Japan here in Sydney...not that I know of anyway!

desde luego, qué colorido!

GUADALUPE - que felicidad oir de usted! Le mando un gran abrazo.

SAM - really, no little Tokyo in Sydney? Australia is so close to Asia that I would have assumed it had large Asian communities.

Such colorful pictures - looks like an exciting place to be. :) Ha.. what's that on the massage sign about pies??

I love the things from Japan and China, all asia stuff are so pretty to me ;)))

REBECCA - it's just a multi-lingual ad (PIES = feet in Spanish!).
$20/hour... Quite a deal...

KIRA - yes, it seems to me that everything that is sold in Japan has this crazy "cute" factor.
