ROXANA - both avocados and green tea are very healthy and delicious, I have them all the time.

Thanks for sharing. I love avacados! All you did was slice a whole avacado on 2 pieces of bread, nothing else? I never tried it on bread, but will give it a try since I enjoy bread too!

JOYCE - I actually puree the avocado with a bit of salt, and have it on whole grain bread, toasted. It's perfectly delicious.

ANNECHOVIE - oh, do you have your OWN tree? How great, I wish I had one too...
