What beautifl flowers. We stopped at the flower shop this morning for some daffs and a few other things for the Easter celebration. Have a great weekend!
I love Sweet Peas, so delicate. I remember when I first arrived in Paris, back in 1976, a friend we had invited for our first dinner invitation - and from whom I learned much about the "French life style" - had brought me a poisy of seweet peas. Every time I see sweet peas I rememeber Liliane - fot that was her name.
My garden is "springing" to life so to speak, especially my pond plants. It's been all that I can do to keep up with repotting them.
As for daffodils, it is my favorite spring flower. At some point, I would like to add it to my garden.
I'm delighted that my Big Red Kangaroo Paw is beginning to bud. It's very popular, as are most of my plants, with hummingbirds. My smaller Kangaroo Paw did not survive the winter.
Mary-Laure, the Kangaroo Paw is a plant that I've shown you along the walkway there at Paradise Cove. I'm thinking of buying a yellow one similar to what is growing there this year.

Beautiful. Not too many blooms here yet but a few peeking out.
I feel a bad mother with my plants!
...nothing better than fresh flowers indoor & out...
KWANA - I'm sure spring will reach NY soon...
MUJER - you'll have plenty of time to make up for it in the spring.
LENORENEVERMORE - ah yes, I agree, right now I have 3 bouquets in my room and 1 in my kitchen, they bring such joy and freshness.
