Tsuchikara Pottery, is one of my favorite Etsy shops. The pottery offered by Ippuku is both rustic and delicate, and it always comes in such pretty paper that I don't want to unwrap it for a while... I just bought this little pitcher; with its graceful lines, it is a genuine adornment for my kitchen.
As you know, I love vintage hats. I got this original 1930's skullcap at the Green Flea market in New York last month. 100% wool. I find it youthful and sassy.
Isn't it adorable?

OUI, tu es magnifique, mieux qu'avec le papillon de cet ete...Bises.
I love that pitcher. Enjoy the weekend.
Both of you are adorable (a hat needing an animated head/face to fulfill its destiny:) I'm a big fan of pitchers, creamers, ewers...I've collected them from everywhere. Had to stop (for awhile) & cull out the best, but I use them too, flowers, etc. This is lovely & I shall check it out, though no real shopping for me right now. You & Tina Tarnoff at Thought Patterns find the best at etsy (I think so, anyway).
xo
JL - mais moi j'aime bien le papillon!
GIULIA - yes, I love using pitchers for flowers too, it's so fresh! Very "English country house" if you see what I mean.

When I am really really lucky, my hubbie will find some sort of wonderful, bloom to bring home, and little treasures like this are so special at times like this..

it is most adorable!
One of the great things about Western Australia and is that there are a lot of local ceramic artists here. These pieces remind of the kinds of pieces I've seen around here.
HILA - How cool; maybe it's the Asian influence? If I went to Western Australia I am sure I would return with luggage packed with ceramics.
Mary-Laure,
I should have known you were a hat girl! Me too!
I love this one - it looks perfect with your haircut......adorable!
