Gorgeous, M-L.

Hydrangeas in the macro? Love the callas, the strawflowers, too. & lest we forget, it is getting on to be winter squash season. Thank you for reminding us...though it is the 90s here today. Eep.

JILL - yes, I had quite an amazing summer!

GIULIA - mum bought some of those squash to decorate her balcony with an autumn touch!
I can't believe it's so hot in DC! Temperature is in the 60's here in LA.

Beautiful! Do you know what kind of flowers those are in the last photo Mary-Laure?

Mary-Laure said...

GABBI - I am not sure. According to Giulia, those are strawflowers:
Bracteantha bracteata
Common Names: strawflower, everlasting daisy, golden everlasting
Family: Asteraceae/Compositae (aster/daisy Family)
Maybe I'll ask my mum, too.
